That’s why I go to Portside, just south of all that fuckery. Food is good. Patrons are polite, and the cat that runs it packs his best friend around, always. Damn shame about Waffle House. Most of them have definitely taken a nose dive in work staffing. If you drive a little farther south, The Coup in Chillicompton (see our first capital) has excellent breakfasts. Both The Coup and Portside are not corporate owned, so you’re helping locals. Locals rule, bruh.
