So, this is my first season growing in general and I opted for the outdoor route. My plant is flowering and coming along nicely in my opinion for my first year.

My question is with outdoor lighting at night and what i should worry about and how to navigate the end cycle of the plant. How important is it to avoid lighting such as street lamps, back porch lights, and other things i cant control? Are there any tips or materials that anyone would recommend? Would it be better bringing my plant inside for the night in my pitch black basement?

Thanks in advance for any tips and tricks!

The biggest problems are caterpillars and mold for me. Try to keep the night/ morning dew and rain from getting on the big buds. I have lost quite a few plants from mold late in flower and it’s really depressing. I used a big umbrella to cover mine at night and rainy days this year and had no issues. Good luck with your journey.
