I am a first time grower in my plant is getting bushy and I want to takeoff leaves, but don’t know which one and someone please help me

Finn leaves are the big ones right I’m so sorry I’m new

If it was me I was leaving water leaves on their and the sun leaves because that’s what helps it grow is the least but if you started off like it it don’t grow
