When looking at the chart for VPD in flower, is the temperature of the room(under the light?) or leaf temperature what’s to determine whether the humidity should be adjusted? I’ll get temps up to 83(under the light) with a leaf temp still around 75.

Leaf surface temperature is what you measure. Ideal range in flower is 78-82F with 55-45% RH. They want higher humidity early flower and lower humidity late flower.
