What size pot should i grow my auto flower seeds in and should I start in a solo cup or just straight in the bigger pot thanks

You should use a 3 or 5 gallon pot. I use 5 gallon pots myself, with Grow Dots and Recharge, in Coco Coir with 30% perlite.
