There is a serious root issue going on with the one. Possibly from physical damage that would prevent nutrient uptake. Potash and/or nitrogen are usually the first to show lock out symptoms as they’re need by the plant in the highest ratios, especially in veg with N. During flower when nitrogen is less needed, potassium lockout is going to show first (yellowing around leaf blade edges). This could be from over/under watering, salt build up, an out of range pH, root pests, etc.

could be a combination of things like maybe a little under watering, but the pots are considerably smaller than the other table. I think they’re in 4 gallon and the other are 6 gallon

I don’t think it would be pH because the other table looks great and it’s getting watered with the same water mixed together that kind of eliminates a pH problem doesn’t it?

I just tested my runoff water and it’s about 5.2 which is pretty low. What range should I be in? I usually water them at 5.8 to 6

You want the pH buffer between 5.8-6.2 with 6 being perfect. Too acidic could cause physical damage to root hairs and can be a sign of salt build up.
