  Forcing seeds auto flowers

  Ok most will probably cringe at this, but I love seeds. I have pollinated many of plants over the years. I’m new to auto flowers. One of my plants produced a few seeds. I’m pretty certain that there were no males in the neighborhood as only a few in the immediate area grow anything. Through research I learned that big stress’s on auto’s can make them produce seeds.

  Question is. How to stress them enough to do this? I would like to do this to every plant
